windows and coverings

Good morning, I had a couple of questions regarding our 2955rl and wondered if anyone else was having the same problems. I have found that our windows in the bedroom slide, even though they are small give us the most problems for opening and closing. Also some of me day/night shades are very contankerous.

is there any tips you can give us regarding these two items. This is our maiden voyage and have found so far that we love the new unit.

Any help would be appreciated.
