Home entertainment receiver

Can anyone shed some light. I have a’08 which has a Hafler AVR 6000 for a entertainment center. Looks like mine has bit the dust. Any suggestions for a replacement. Would like to use existing speakers — looking for recommendations.

Our 2009 has the same Hafler and it quit. Would not eject discs so I took it apart and replace the drive belt from the motor to the tray. Works again.

Best buy, etc has many small units that can use your existing speakers.

We replaced our TV's (tube type) in our 2007 3400RL this year with flat screens and added a roof mounted satellite (DISH), and replaced CD player with a BluRay. Surround sound would not work with the old receiver so RV tech bought a Yamaha from Best Buy for us-everything works now.

My 2007 died several years ago. Could not find a similar 5.1 home theater system that did not come with new speakers. Bought a new Panasonic Blu-ray home theater system of similar size with new speakers at Best Buy. Installed the new speakers using the existing wiring. Due to where mine is mounted in the cabinet I was very limited on choices in a size to fit. But sound is much better.
