Can the fresh water drain be made bigger???

I had a 3" drain on my Komforts fresh water drain.
Can this 2005 Mountaineer 335rlbs drain be increased to 3". If so has anyone done it?

The limiting factor is the size of the nipple coming out of the bottom of the tank for the drain.
You can speed up the draining by taking off the filler cap and that will let more air into the tank for draining.
If you do not open up the cap then you are relying on the small overflow line to vent your tank when you are draining it.
