Florida RV Park

Can anyone recommend an RV Park or two in Florida between Sarasota and Fort Myers? We're planning a trip for February and March. Thanks.

Rudi & Ellen: We are going to "Shady Acres RV Park" We're leaving here, Highland, IN, New Years day. We were there last year and liked it very much. The url will take you there: http://www.shadyacresfl.com/

A little addendum; You might want to find reservations muy pronto. A lot of the snowbirds stay north until after Christmas then head south 'til tax time.

We stay at " SunCoats RV Resort" in New Port Richey. It is 1 hour north of Tampa and 2 1/2 hours north of Ft. Myers.

We have stayed there the past 3 years. We will be there this year from 1/1 to 4/1. The sites are small, but it is clean and it is near everything we need. It has a pool, very clean bathrooms, laundy, and good planned activities. Also has WiFI.

Thanks so much for the feed-back BobP and BandJ. Shady Acres didn't have room any more. I found 2 places that just happened to have accomodations for us. We will be staying at Waters Edge RV Resort (Gorda Punta)from 2/13 to 3/13, and at Pine Island KOA(St. James City)from 3/13 to 4/12. Look us up if you get the chance.
