Building Clean-Up Volunteers Needed
Since we will have a building for this year's rally for meals, seminars, movies, etc. it will be important to clean at the end of each day. Sandy and I will be coordinating the Building Clean-Up Crew(s). Our job will be to check out the building before lock up at the end of each day so it is ready to go in the morning, making sure the floor is swept and clean, all trash has been taken out, etc. There will be a clean-up crew needed after each event so this should be a quick end of the day detail. Since this is new for our use this year, we need approximately six to eight folks to make the job go quickly. If you are willing to help, please sign up! Thank you!

Folks this is an easy job when it comes to volunteering for this one. Each evening or afternoon after the sessions are over all you have to do is go in and make sure there are no papers and etc on the floor or tables and make sure the chairs are all in order also. You MIGHT have to do a little dust mopping IF it is a real mess but no wet mopping or anything like that. If there is an event in the evening, the Coordinators for the event are suppose to do a thorough clean up by policing the areas and taking out the trash. All you have to do is make sure the session rooms are ready for the next day.
