freezer door on samsung rf18

Hi all.Just completed our fourth month in our 2018 3721rl.Everything going great knock wood.Question please.On the Samsung rf18 residential refer,should the bottom pull out freezer open up more than 14 inches.Kind of hard getting things in and out of freezer.Thanks

Just pull on it and it will come out further. Ours was the same way, seems the first stopping point is about halfway maybe on a roller guide and the second half on a slide. Hope that makes sense to you, anyway it will come out farther

Joe, I just measured our freezer door opening and it was 14" inches from the door frame to the door seal measured at the top of the door. Our fridge model is RF18HFENBSP, possibly a different model than yours.

Thanks all.After yanking pretty darn hard on the door handle,it came out about another foot.Lubed tracks up, working great.Thanks again
