Winter Concerns

My house is up for sale. Will be going full time as soon as that happens. But by the time it sells and settlement may be 3 months from now. I have Thousand Trails, Passport America, and Senior Park Pass. My concern is by the time I am ready all the nice places will be booked. I know I should just relax and travel, but being a newbie I am worried. Any advice would be great. Thanks for any ideas. Ray
