We are so sorry for your loss. We have a yellow lab and we dread that day when we will no longer have him. Time heals all, and our prayers are with you both.

Michael & Kat, We also have a yellow, (mostly white), lab and can't imagine what you are going thru with Captain. Cherish the memories as we do with our Golden that we had to have put down (seizure disorder, uncontrollable), about 4 years ago. Still think alot about that fellow. We had a book of memories made of him and look at it often. So sorry for your loss....

Thanks to everyone for your kind thoughts. Kat is the one who is hurting the most; I am the one who had to make the decision and I felt good about it so feel that I did the best for him.
