lift on dining table

My chair buddy, I have one also it keeps the chairs from moving while towing.

We never use it and the chairs are always where we leave them at end of travel. I was under the table just yesterday getting the "droop" out of it. Now perfectly level!

We also have a drooping table. 2019 3790. will be going to dealer for some work later this month. But they are 4 hours away. Wondering how WeBeFulltime fixed the droop in their 3791. I couldn't quite figure out a way to fix it. I don't want to spend a bunch of time at the dealer if possible.
Thanks for any advice.
