Best of luck with the new rig. We are looking seriously at some other manufacturers ourselves.

It was nice to get to meet you at one of the rallies.
Time changes things and we have to adapt to the situation as it happens.
Wish you the best with your new rig!

You may have noticed there are a bunch of SOB owners on this forum. Don't leave because of that, you're input is valued.

You need to ask him that question off line. This being a Montana forum the powers that be will warn and then ban folks talking about other brands. Hence the use of SOB.

Must be the Tampa show got the best of ya, good luck with your new home. Myself, I wouldn't have anything but a Montana after having this one, and even enforced that in my mind while attending the Grand Rapids RV show. Didn't see one unit I would trade for, so am doubly happy with our Mountaineer. But anyways, stick around, there's just too much good information here to take a chance on missing out on. Happy Trails.

its a good thing we keep the names of all those other brands a secret on here. i would hate for someone to find out that there are other brands of fifth wheels out there. i would think that we have done as much research as anyone, and we all know who those secret brands are. :-)
believe me, i did not buy two Montana's, and am loyal to this site because i did not know all about the other evil brands.
and all this time, i thought when i saw SOB in a post, someone was talking about male puppies.

Thanks for the kind words and well wishes. Bottom line was I do alot of volunteer work and need to haul my tools....so we needed a toy hauler, but not a huge garage. Unfortunately, no Montanas fit the bill. Actually, only 3 toyhaulers even fit the bill.

My first "meeting" of fellow Montanaians was at a rally....as we pulled in, several....ahem...."gentlemen" proceeded to launch water balloons at us from about 100 yards away ! We do feel like family...

Hey friend, sorry to see you go. We didn't meet you at any rallies, but we did get that living room table off ya and did enjoy visiting with ya in Strafford, Mo. Enjoy your new SOB.

We didn't know it was forbidden to talk about SOB's on this forum. We might have to reconsider our participation on here even though we are Montana owners. I have seen some censorship here I didn't appreciate, but not being allowed to talk about SOB is pretty silly don't ya think?

There is a wealth of info to be found here and many, many great people also. In this time of turmoil, within our great nation, don't you think you should be lightening up on censorship.

Wild Horse, you and your lovely wife enjoy your new rig.

Hey Bill, for the most part us former MOCers/now SOBs can still attend regional Montana Rallies, but I would double check with the Wagonmaster. We were signed up for the Northeast Rally last summer well before we became SOBs and I asked if we could still come and we were welcomed with open arms. So I wouldn't leave this forum as I think it's one of the best out there. We generally can have some heated discussion, but don't get nasty like some of the others. If we're at home at all this summer, we'll have to try and get up and see your new digs, both S&B and SOB.
Regards,
Michelle & Ann

I understand the change and wish you the best of luck with your new rig.
We attended the Denver RV show this month and didn't see anything that even tempted us. Some SOBs had some nice features but in the end we went home happy with what we have.
That's not to say I wouldn't like to have all LEDs and a level up system, but $$ choices have to be made and logic and reason have to prevail. It gives us something to work towards.
Enjoy that new SOB!!

Well, I'm still here. We are a little over a week away from the transition.
I/we will certainly hang around here....we've made some great friends here. As far as the rallies go, if we can pull it off and have the blessings of the wagon master, we'll certainly do that. If nothing else, maybe we'll camp in the same park and sneak over !

Sneak over in the dark for the campfires and sneak back before dawn. Good plan.
