Shame on me

I haven't been on here at all this past few months and so much had happened. It's been a great summer and I hope to have photos to show soon. In June I lost my sister to Ovarian cancer and got a new grandson all in the same day. Just this past few weeks we have been staying in the driveway at home because of flooding here .We moved home to get away from the river only to get flooded at home. Thursday Sept 8 at 1 am my son called from the house to inform us of the water coming up around the Montana. I stepped out into 6 inches of water in the driveway . Long story short we did ok. Nothing major but alot of clean up. My heart goes out to the many families that have lost "everything"!! This whole experience had put a new light on becoming a full timer...

With all you have recently been through, you are due for some "sunshine." Best wishes.

Wow!
With all of that I see why you haven’t been on here.
Glad everything worked out ok.

We have a friend who has friends in Athens, PA. We went down there from Horseheads, NY to help with the cleanup. The damage to the town was extensive. And, then there was Endicott and Binghamton...Glad you are okay!
