"I DO"

I said 42 years ago today (19th), Cathy said "You're right"! 42 years of wedded bliss, two wonderful boys, 41 years of military service between us. Living in Spain, England, Greenland and 14 years in Alaska. Four years RVing and now settling down again here in Casa Grande. The best part is We're still best friends.

I have often been asked how we did it and my one word answer is "Compromise". Absolutely necessary for a long term relationship.

Congratulations Phil and Cathy that a great life to look at.
So when you said you were going to settle down, does that mean you will not be full timing it anymore?

It helps when you live in lonely places. When there's no one around you better be friendly with who you're with or it could be even lonelier - Alaska, Greenland and in Spain if you don't speak Spanish, you may as well be alone... LOL

Just kidding man! Many congratulations to you and Cathy. May you have many more lonely, errr, ummm, that is, compromising years of bliss.

We have bought a "Village Home" (2 BR, 2 bath, 1200 sq ft), here at Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort in Casa Grande, AZ. We will be keeping our Montana for the time being and travel OUT of the heat during the summer months. I guess the fulltiming gig is over for now......It was a wonderful time, indeed!!
