Just bought this this week. Very excited to try it out but have a few questions.
It has the auto leveling system. The controls for it are on the passanger side and it is a little bit of a pain to run back and forth to get it to the correct height to hitch.
Am I missing something or is there something the salesman did not show me??

Here is a paragraph in your manual that should help you out:

RECONNECTING THE UNIT TO A TOW VEHICLE
1. Be sure main power switch “ON.”
2. LCD display will indicate “READY: JACKS DOWN.”
3. Push “LEFT” and “RIGHT” buttons at the same time.
4. Unit will raise up to the point where the AUTO LEVEL was started, (normal starting point from
where it was disconnected from the tow vehicle.
5. Connect tow vehicle and make sure 5th wheel and pin are connected and locked.
6. Push “UP” arrow until” AUTO RETRACT” appears in LCD screen.
7. Push “ENTER.” System will immediately retract all jacks.

Good Luck....

Color me confused (as usual). Not sure what you are running back and forth between? I can see into the back of the truck and the hitch is in full view when I am at the level-up controls. If I did not set the memory function as described in Doug and Dawns post, then it is an easy process to eyeball the hitch pin to the proper height from the controls.

Congratulations on the new rig. Follow Doug and Bingo's advice and with a little practice you should be fine.

On the HC , it is a four point level up . The control pad on them is in the basement on door side. They work similarly to 6 point. The owners manual will help greatly. If you have the remote , that helps also. Congrats on a nice unit and pleasant travels!

Thanks everyone.

The sales guy told me the remote would not work for the jacks. Both here and the Keystone forum tells me different. I watched the video and read the manual and remembered something about the unit would not come up or go down in the front, one or the other, with the automatic "hook up" spot buttons.

I will mess with it this weekend and figure out what really works and does not work.
