3850fl big sky 2014 water tank removal

I have leak above the fresh water tank, looking for removal information. The insulation is wet above the tank and dripping. Can not see where water is coming from. Removal,of tank, looks like first option. Any ideas? I see four bolts 2 each side and stealing, but screws holding (3 steal straps) are not accessible. Probally put in when, built at frame level. Looking for ideas? First pic is screws unable to remove. 2nd is bolts to remove frame rear frame welded.

From the limited view of your pictures it looks like the straps stay attached to angle iron and the "cage" comes down in one piece. No experience with it, just going from pics.

I agree, only one side has bolts on angle iron, other is welded. Appreciate input. Biggest problem,is leak which is in between floor and frame I believe.
Thanks
