Rich, I would consider all the above you listed as very reasonable, especially for a resort area in the winter. We are considering Lake Havasu City area for Jan-March 2008.

There are some in the area a little less expensive ..but you get what you pay for...havasu Fall Resort..really nice 435.00 + electric, wiFi available that means not included) Prospectors 395.00 + electric, wifi access. Helen's brother, who lives in Havasu City checked them out for us and we went with his recommendations. The 515.00 falls within our budget..in fact it falls under what we had budgeted but this is our first year ouit and we may have aimed high

I'm looking for current recommendations for the havasu area.. Since this was last discussed in 2006, I'm sure things have changed.

I'm thinking of going down for a quick jaunt, around end of Mar, or first of Apr and stay a week. This would be my first trip in the unit, so a good 9hr break-in jaunt, to work out the bugs before much longer trips. I have a 2003 2880RL and only need 30amp service.. Doesnt have to be real fancy, just nice and clean.

If not there, I might go to Beatty..

I did some research a couple weeks back looking to see if we could plan a trip for the kid's spring break in April. I focused on the Lake Havasu City area and camps on the water. The State Park north of the London Bridge was booked solid through April and there was a Crazy Horse Campground that has a lot of spaces along the water. After reading the mostly negative reviews for Crazy Horse, we are keeping it simple and just going to Lahontan Reservoir for the week. The water is not as warm, but we have wet suits. You may find a resort by calling around, but it's a long drive for us to take that gamble.
