Walls and floor?

Hey Guys.
My coach is a 2006 344J Everest Keystone product. See pictures below Have any of you have these problems? My slides are making bad sounds on closing as well, could it be because of the walls coming down and the frame goes up on the road causing the weak outriggers carrying all the weight of walls and roof.. giving way. The kitchen and living floors now have hollow. Also rear end overhead doors are misaligned due I think to the roof droping could be a truss given way?.
Den.

My floors in the living area slope downward towards the outside walls and sag slightly in the middle between the longitudinal I-beams like you show in your pictures. And ours was like this from the factory. I went back to the dealer with a 4' level and checked several other 5th wheels and found that most all (including other brands) have the same characteristics. The tech looked at ours from underneath while operating the slides and said that it looked like the slides could possibly rub against the floor is it didn't have the slope. I plan on getting the factory folks to look at it during the fall rally.
