Mor/ryde is going to replace my skid pad.
Check out the pictures below, not sure how or when it happened or it might have been that way when I bought it. But you can clearly see the plate is not flat.
I called and emailed the same photos to them. They are going to replace the whole skid pad and rubber shear spring for FREE! They don't even want the old parts back. 2 thumbs up for Mor/ryde!!!
FINAL UPDATE- The skid pad and rubber shear spring arrived today. I just installed it, all is good now. Thank you Mor/ryde!!!

I agree ... they seem to be a good company. After looking at my photos I emailed them, they sent me new shear springs for my LRE suspension for free as well. The rubber was separating from the metal.

Admitting error and stepping up and correcting it separates the men from the boys. First class act!

I'm not sure that would affect anything. It looks like someone hit the pin too hard and bent the plate.

HI
I would consider the TV hit something before I would consider backing a TV into the hitch hard enough to damage it.
I forget where I saw it but there were pictures posted somewhere of the hitch failure when the TV and trailer hit something else while travel about 40 Mph. In this case the hitch broke not the king pin plate.

They are definitely all that! I bought their wet bolt kit off Amazon and found one of the new clevis assemblies had been welded out of kilter. They sent two new ones via UPS that arrived in three days.

Hi
I purchased the X factor and wet bolts at the same time. When they were packed in the shipping container they left out on shackle kit. More/ryde didn’t hastate to send me one complete shackle kit without any problem.
I also called them when working on a class c RV for a widow friend of my wife’s to find out just what they did to the unit because it had a VIN number on a tag with their name. It took them almost 3 minutes to look up the VIN number and tell me every modification they had performed on the frame before the cab and chasse was shipped to the manufacturer.
This is integrity!
Phil P
PS I will bet they have a real quality control system as well.

We had the same results. Broken IS spring and they shipped a new one and found us someone to install it. Since it was under warranty they covered it all.

I'll add this to my PDI. Glad to hear there are a few respectable companies still out there!

I have to add, I have had nothing but excellent service from Mor/ryde. First class. I had a issue with my X Factor. They had their engineers drive over from Elkhart to Gosehn to discuss a issue on my frame.
Mor/ryde, a 1st class operation. Lippert??
