Wall LED light wood surround

We have a 2018 3701LK that have LED lights high up on the side walls that are behind wood accents. The dealer cannot seem to repair and secure properly. Looks like keystone stapled them from the back side. Any ideas? We're not dealing with the dealer any more.

If you are saying the light strips are working but falling down in places, I too experienced that in our 3791RD. The strips are held against the wall behind the molding with adhesive. I was able to stand on a tall ladder (watch that ceiling fan) and by using a small 90 degree pick tool just re-stick the lights against the wall by reaching between the ceiling and molding. 1-1\2 years later they are still in place. Sooner or later the lights will start failing in places or the adhesive will fail here in Florida and I will be forced to pull the molding and replace them.

I don't think the lights them selves are pulling away. Just the wood that surrounds them. The lights are behind nice wood accents but are only held on to the wall with staples from the back side.

I believe they are just pin nailed thru the moldings to the wall but I don’t want to pull mine just yet to find out. All moldings are installed after the walls are built and put in place.

On very rough roads in Mexico I had some of the ceiling trim pieces come right off, so I located the wall supports behind the labelling using a stud finder and attached blocks to them with screws and then drilled holes in the mouldings and attached them to the blocks I had installed. I used drywall screws, counter sunk them and put plugs in to hide the screws .Looks good and is far more secure than the original brads were.

You know you had half the MOC collective looking for the labels on their moldings!

Thank you all for the ideas. I'll find the stud and mount a block then secure the fixtures. I'll send picks. Just really hate staples!

Dealership repairs are horrible

This is the so-called repairs they did to our led lighting. Wife and I are beyond pissed off. Emailed keystone this morning. 2018 3701LK

At a $200 labor rate you would think they would have professionals working for them instead of a $5 an hour kid.

Well come to find out Keystone has no clue how to fix it either. Their customer service is terrible to say the least! New wood being ordered. Will see how bad they screw up the new pieces.

artfuldodger---I hate spell check too. When I go back to read, I have a question mark in my head--that doesn't sound/read right, what was I thinking?
