Roof Voids

I noted that my rubber roof has voids about 4-6 inches in from the sides, fore @ aft, and laterally across what appears to be joined sections. Is this normal?

I'm not sure what you're describing as "voids", but I've owned 3 Montana's ... all 3 over time have shown areas above the seams where it appears the rubber roof has come unglued and slightly "puckerd". I was and am always concerned, but the "stealers" service people always claimed my small puckers were normal. A call to Keystone resulted in "unless it's a large area that billows from the low pressure air traveling over the fiver going down the road, it's a regular occurance."

Same issue here on our 2006 3400 that we noticed during the first year. We had a Keystone service rep look at it and state in writing that it was "normal" we have had no problem with the roof.

I've had it on 2 montanas and have had no issues yet. Looks to be normal.
I think leaving the roof sub floor gaps unglued might be so they can "move" a little at the joint and not stretch or tear the rubber roof.

I have a "puckerd" spot on mine also and the Factory rep said normal also.

Isn't it great to have "real Rvers" that can attest to or debunk the marketing hype? Thanks everyone!!
