I did put all the ones in the Motor Carriers Atlas into Street Atlas several years ago. Those at 13' 2" or less. Unfortunately, I don't use SA anymore and when my laptop died, that file went with it. Prior to that, I gave a copy to some MOC members so maybe someone still has it. It was from an older version of the atlas but I doubt many new bridges are built with that low clearance so it should be pretty close.

I found the following in the Garmin CSV file that may be of interest to others:
Real low bridges (Of course, anything lower than your rig is "real low."

10' to 10'9" = 38
11' to 11'9" = 78
12' to 12'9" = 165
13'0" = 1

Below 10'
May be errors in file.

9'11" = 2 (sr-532, Holland, Pennsylvania: SR-63, Caldwell, West Virgina)
9'2" = 2 (Memorial Dr, Cambridge, Massachusetts: SR-208, Girarde, New York)
9'3" = 4 (??Pawtucket, Rhode Island on or near blackstone Ave. Could be I-95: US-259 Bolivar, Pennsylvania: Market St, Bolivar, PA: SR-10, Bandmill Junctioon, West Virginia)
9'6" = 4 (Foxhill Ln, Woodale, Deleware: Black Hills National Forest, Alt-US-16 near intersection of Grizzly Gulch Rd: SR-146, Branford, Connecticut: Around SR-146,US-1 &SR794 Branford, Connecticut)
9'8" = 1 (Buck Rd, Holland, Pennsylvania)
9'9" = 2 (High St., Pawtucket, Rhode Island: Fayette St (SR-57), Villa Heights, Virginia)
