Back in Calif

Just returned from our "vacation from vacation" after 5 1/2 weeks touring overseas. Jet-lagged, broke, but culturaly "enriched".

Back in the Monty at Seal Beach, CA. Next journey will be to Oregon (K-Falls, probably) in mid-June.

Welcome home guys! Glad you had a good time in Europe. The beaches of CA aren't too shabby a place to return home to. Steve and I just returned to San Bernardino after 4 weeks at Silver Strand Beach on Coronado....loved it.

Wish we were back at Seal Beach. Oh, no, I don't! We see our grandchildren in two days. But we're glad you're back safely. How is the nesting community doing? They were busy when we were there in March, sitting on their (great blue Herons) nests.

Re the herons..they are still on the nest, little ones yet to to take wing (we believe) Lots of "talking" going on during the day and evening..hope to see a "first flight" while we are here..
