Gurgling Toilet...

When ever the toilet is flushed the waste water will bubble and splash a little. It Acts to me like the vent may be plugged. I have taken a water hose and verified flow through the vent into the black tank for several minutes observing the flow coming out of the drain. I have good flow there is no blockage. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be the Solution?

Our 06 3400 only acts this way when the tank needs to emptied. But I am guessing you already know that.
Is it possible that a washer hookup gone wrong is the culprit ?

May be buildup/blockage in the tank itself.

I flushed the tank and dumped it; everything appeared to be fine before checking the vent. After I made the first posting I discovered what looked like a backed up tank full of paper and waste at the top of the toilet. I broke that loose and it appears to be draining normally. Seemed to be plugged in the upper drain line to the tank. I flushed the tank more and noticed waste product in the drain. Apparently I dislodged some waste that was built up somewhere. I normally flush the tank several times after each use and observe clear waste water in the drain before quitting. Surprises me that anything would be left to get trapped. I hope it works better now. I was also getting a bad odor when trying to flush. Time will tell if it helped!

Don't know how long the waste pipe is on your unit, but on mine it is about 3 ft long with a bend in it. Sounds a lot like flushing lots of paper with very little water to me...and if the paper doesn't make it into the tank, it will dry out on the inside of the pipe...future paper mache in the making. If it repeats, I would be chucking up a dryer vent brush in a cordless drill and inserting it past the bottom of the toilet and doing the whirl my troubles away dance. john
