End of Summer

We just finished our summer work as camp hosts at Yale Park, Yale Lake, in SW Washington. We are spending a week at Paradise Cove in Wheeler, Oregon, just to rest up before heading back toward Arizona.

The trip home will take us through Klamath Falls, OR; Keough's Hot Springs (Bishop, CA); and Edwards AFB, CA. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the temps in AZ will be below the 100's when we get there. But, if not, we have a great swamp cooler that cools the whole house.

The summer at Yale Lake was fantastic. Good weather; beautiful setting; FHU; propane & electric provided; and they paid us to have fun. WOW!

Brad and Carol,
Tough life but someone has to do it! Sounds like you are having a great time! We're in Bishop as I write this. Where is this Keough's Hot Springs you speak of? May have to put it on our list of places to visit. Love this area around Bishop. Problem is it is so close to home that we most often just drive through instead of spending any time here!

When you come thru Bakersfield give us a shout. Dennis and Mary Kay

Yale lake is close to us in Ridgefield, WA at TriMountain RV Park. We'll have to check it out.

We were there with Ozz for a little while last year. Great weather, wonderful park and great views.
