Satellite radio head install

I will post a picture of my mounting for my radio head, it has a bracket installed under it and around to the front so it leaves no holes in the face of the cup holder, just a piece of tin I had laying around.

Ozz,
Funny, on my Chrysler Town & Country (sold), I installed my Sirius receiver in the exact same place....my wife thought I was crazy, but I used industrial velcro on the Kenwood receiver, worked great.

I also have the same Cobra CB you have.....You know, if you keep adding stuff to your rig, you are going to run out of room to be able to keep your signature on one page! :-)

Robbie

Ozz I have a Sirius as well. How did you run the cables to the radio? I velcrowed mine to the same ledge and ran the cable down the sterring column into the dash to the back of the radio. You might have a better location but I guess you have to leave enough slack in the cable to close the tray when desited?

There is a power cable and an antenna only, (on mine), the radio picks up the signal and plays through the speakers.
I could close the cup holder, but I leave it open.
