Can I take a 2019 Montana Snow Skiing?

I'd like to go to Sante Fe for a week of skiing next winter. Is my 2019 Montana 3120RL Legacy able to keep me warm down to 15įF?

As far as your second question, I would do it, but know you will be running the furnace constantly and will eat up your LP supply pretty quickly so make sure there is plenty available.

As far as your title question - sure, if you can find a set of skis that will handle the weight!

Yea, I know Carl, sorry, couldn’t resist.

We have carried for years an upright oil filled radiant heater and place it in the middle of our unit. Takes up little space, is efficient and really helps take the chill out of the air while in cold locations, as well as supplements the efforts of the furnace.

No, but she did help me fabricate a winter wrap for the water line!

If you will have 50 amp power take a couple of Lasko towers, they'll save your propane. Also plenty of rags to stuff in the corners where the slides meet the side of the Montana.

I used a razor knife to slit swim noodles in half lengthwise. Stuffed them under the slide outs where the floor meets the coach. Cuts down on infiltration. Be sure to remove them when pulling the slides in

We 1 or 2 use ceramic heaters. No furnace at all. If its really cold, I put a heater in the basement to keep the pipes warm. Also fill the water tank and use the pump. The large tank is less prone to freeze,
