Off to Hew Hampshire

Leaving Bar Harbor area tomorrow and will be staying at Cold Springs Camp Resort in Weare, NH. We will become "Leaf Peepers" as they call those of us looking for fall colors. Anyone familiar with this park or the surrounding area?????

Bar Harbor was great, however, I only did four lobsters while here. Trenton Bridge Lobster pound was the favorite. Jaspers restaurant/motel in Ellsworth was pretty good also. Took two cruises while here also. Downtown Bar Harbor is really nice. Plenty of shops for the ole T-shirts and whatnot.....

Was able to get the Tana washed and a good coat of Protectall on it. Washed and waxed the TV also. Should be good until we leave Texas in April of '10.

After New Hampshire comes Niagara(Slowly I turned, inch by inch, step by step, etc. etc, etc.) Falls.

We also enjoyed our 2 day visit to Bar Harbor area where we stayed at Hadley's RV park. We left this morning and are currently outside Portland after traveling down route 1 today. We spend Wed. riding the free shuttle through the park eating lunch at Jordan Pond and then shopping at Bar Harbor. Yesterday drove to the top of Cadillac mountain, went to the oceanarium close to the bridge on route 3. The 1.5 hour program was very helpful in learning about lobsters. We then drove to Trenton Lobster by the pound for lunch and afterward drove to Bass harbor and watch the day's lobster catch being unloaded and bought on the spot by a buyer. Thanks to all who gave suggests to Phil which we picked up on. Spend last night at the brand new Walmart in Ellsworth. Monday we are due to be in Colebrook, NH to join the Adventure Caravan group again doing the Fall Colors tour.

Phil,
You need to take Nilla for a few 2-4 mile walks to get some of that lobster off your hips.

Where are your reservations while visiting Niagara? I'm imagining you'll make a couple stops before you get the Niagara.

Happy trails.

Wayne, We will RON at Villages at Turning Stone (Casino?) then have one week planned at Lazy Lakes in Niagara, it's an RPI park.

Cathy walks Villa every morning but I don't seem to be losing any weight? Wonder why. Maybe I should make her go further....LOL

We RON'd over night at Turning Stone and enjoyed the stop. Drop a quarter in the machine for me.

Maybe you should get a longer leash. Just let Villa go around in circles. It's a good thing Cathy keeps you straight.
