Is it just called 'Orange'?

We went to Dollar General today and found a cleaner called 'Orange' in a spray bottle and in a half gallon jug. Is this what you use to clean the trim on the Montana? Or is there another product that we should look for? Thanks.

Judy I think the product is called "Awesome." I found it at our dollar store and have seen it at other ones. If you look at Awesome's web site it's rather pricey but at the dollar store it's cheap.

It works great on so many things, including carpets.

I found out there are a lot of different "Dollar" stores. We have 3 in our small town and only one carries Awesome. It really is a great product. I think it was Dollar Tree I found it at.

Judy, Look for a Dollar Tree, where everything really is a dollar. This is where we found Awesome. If you don't have a Dollar Tree let me know and I'll pick some up for you and deliver it at the rally.

Oh, shucks, we wasted a whole dollar on the wrong product. So we'll be looking for Awesome. Thanks, everybody.

jrgwdenner-
wait...wait, Awesome is good on other cleaning surfaces, but I don't believe it's good for cleaning wood, it may strip the finish. Your are right in the thinking about the "orange". If in doubt just use a damp cloth of clear water to clean wood. No soap, soap will strip. My favorite product to clean wood is "Murphy's Oil Soap".

Judy,

I had a plastic spray bottle of the Awesome concentrate leak on a stained shelf in my garage. It ate most of the finish off and left the remainder soft, so be careful with it.

Thanks for all the hints and warnings. I am looking for the stuff that cleans the trim outside so it must be Awesome that we need. I can use my big purchase of Orange for other cleaning, I'm sure. Certainly hate to waste a dollar!

Thanks, Glenn, for your kind offer. I'll let you know. There are several 'dollar' stores here in Illinois so I should fine some somewhere.

Okay, we found the Awesome Orange at the Dollar Tree....and we found Awesome Spot Remover, Awesome Oxygen something or other. just plan Awesome that said it needed to be diluted 10x, and Awesome cleaner. It was just awesome to see how many Awesomes there are! So which one do you use and where? Do you use the one that needs to be diluted?

Thanks, Doug, I thought it was probably the stronger solution. It's funny that they put something that needs to be diluted in a spray bottle.

I use 2 awsomes, one, the greenish clear one I use for cleaning the BBQ. It's a great greae cutter, burned on stuff remover, eats it all gone cleaner. Leave on too long and it dissolves concrete!!
The other is the orange awsome, if used full strength be careful, uses citrin acid as a base, prety nasty stuff in a way. If you want to experiment put some in a styro cup and watch it dissolve. I use it full strength and rinse immediately.
