After 4 years of towing the Monty around on these steep mountains out west I finally had an Exhaust Brake installed this last February. Now with it I can go down 7% grades (just went both ways over the Siskiyou's) and never even have to touch the brakes. After using both (T/H and EB) I will never have another truck without an Exhaust Brake. JMHO
