In a seperate subject, I reported on some aluminum rom failures on our Cambridge. We were referred to Treadit who supplies the rim. I couldn't be more pleased with their response. Deb, who works warranty issues, heartd our story and immediately authorized the shipment of four new rims including new hp covers and metal stems. Un fortunately, the rims were out of stock. As soon as they were in stock they were shipped second day air so we could make our schedule. They also pay for the labor to swap out and provided tags so the old rims could go back on UPS. From our experience, I woukd say Treadit is a good member of the keystone supplier family.

You ended up better than me Dave. I had to pay to have new rims installed, but I am not complaining. So far, the new alum. rims are holding up.
