Julian from Hawkshead just emailed me and said he was sending a new unit and charger to me today.
I guess that is pretty good customer service, as I just took the old one to the post office a short time ago.
He said since we were on the road, we didn't have to send any documentation as to when we bought it.
I told him I appreciated it.
