Another couple of examples of poor factory workmanship. We suffered from a broken frame with all the attendant problems created by that failure. A couple of many things damaged were the wall by the refrigerator which is about three ft. wide--a hole was pulled in the bottom of it because of the stresses; the countertop was also damaged. Just discovered that the factory didn't replace the whole wall, but just sawed it off where the border trim is, replaced the bottom part and then put a new border over it. They did not put any backing between the two pieces of wall and now it has pulled the wallpaper border strip and there is a large wrinkle in it. Looks like hell but matches the upsidedown support post for the overhead cubboard when the countertop was replaced. Looked under the sink area because the panel where the plug is can loose. Found that there are two screws which were started, but never driven on the underside of the counter. Just plain poor workmanship.
