Phone contact for Keystone Cust. Serv.?

As it turns out, I have a couple of serious (and expensive) problems with my 2004 Montana 3400RL. I'd like to give Keystone a chance to help me with these even though I'm out of warranty by 10 months.

Do you have a phone # of someone I can call who has the power to make decisions of this sort and cares enough to listen?

Thanks in advance.

We have a 04 3400RL also... what kind of problems are you having? Just want to know if there is something we need to look at or can prevent. Hope you are able to share...

Thanks for the phone numbers. I did a search and came up with the names Lon Nelson and Tom Brandon. With my bad ears I don't need the frustration of a telephone run-a-round at this point. Is there anyone else I should ask for?

My problems are with the gray tank leaking and my brakes having to be rebuilt completely due to overservice of the Easy-Lube axles. (Which have never been lubed!)

I'll provide more details after I talk to Keystone and get their response.
