Accumulator tank.
I bought a two gallon accumulator tank from Lowes and installed it in the trailer. Now the pump doesn't come on EVERY TIME a faucet is opened. While I was in there, I bought four grommets from Lowes and put them under feet for the pump. Now when the pump runs, it's a great deal quieter. The DW is going to love it.

Grommets are a great idea. Hadn't thought of that. Thanks!

I also understand that using flexible lines (not the stiffer plastic ones that came with the trailer) also helps quieting down the racket.

You're not supposed to use flexible conduit...

If you use soft water, then you can use flexible conduit.

Jim,
I have been thinking of adding a accumulator for over a year, just never seem to get around to it. Hope you took pictures.
