4point leveling system problem

I have had my new 352rl out twice now and I'm having trouble with auto level. It keeps giving me left front jack error message and won't auto level. Pretty frustrating.. is something wrong or is there something I need to do different. I have to manually hold down each button which is a pain when I'm supposed to have auto level. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yep, I have a 353 and about every 8-10 times I get the same message. Something I'm going to ask about at the fall rally.

Anyway, the system needs to be reset. The Lippert Manual has the process, but from my memory:
1. Extend all the jacks at least 6". I normally do the reset when hooking up to leave. Use the truck to hold the trailer. Bring the jacks up far enough to remove my rubber plastic spacer pads, than a little more.
2. Manually retract all the jacks by holding the "Retract" button. The may stop and restart, just hold the button down until all 4 are up.
3. You'll now get (or at least should) the message stating "Ready".

I have a feeling it's a software glitch, but like other things, it the OE doesn't hear enough problems, they won't fix it. Another reason we're gong to the rally and asking questions.
