Central Vacuum bags

We have the central vacuum system. Two small bags came with it. We have looked in a couple of WalMarts for replacements and they do not have them. Since we are fulltimers and move around, can not see ordering them from the manufacturer.

Am I just unlucky it finding them at a WalMart or does anyone have suggestion of where to purchase? Thanks.

A year or so ago someone posted a place that carried them for about half the manufacturers price. I did a forum search and it did not turn up anything, and my forgetful mind cannot remember where or who posted it. Have you tried a search on Yahoo or Google with the vac brand and replacemnet bags in the search line??
Bingo

Found it (if yours is Dometic brand):

Montana Sky posted in August of 2006:

I bought mine from Camping World, here are the numbers that might help you order a package or two.

3 Disposable Vacuum Bags for use with the Dometic Central vacuum System
Replacement bags part number 3308169

The package UPC is
7-13814 42035-2

If you have the InterVac central vacuum system you can access them at
www.intervacdesign.com or call toll free 888-499-1925 for bag replacements for your unit. Often various RV shows have InterVac reps available with their accessories and offer show prices on such products. As Bingo related above, do a Google search for Intervac Dust bags. It will reveal Intervac company and others that sell these bags. You can decide who to order from because some vendors are a dollar or so cheaper than Intervac. Maybe Intervac will match these other lower prices. Good Luck.

I didn't keep track of who posted this (sorry), but I cut and pasted it into our Montana Word file:

Our 3455SA has an interVac built in vacuum system. website is www.intervacdesign.com the part number for a 5 pack of replacement bags is Y08-5.

That is our main source but you can use the Dirt Devil bags also, same bags.

We got ours from intervac also I got two packages @ 5 per pack they will last a long time for us. their tele is 1-772-463-1400
InterVac machines were labelled as "Dometic" for a while, but then Dometic dropped the line and InterVac started selling directly to RV manufacturers under their own name. Identical units. I believe that they are actually made in Germany.

Hope this helps,
Sharon

Great! I will look at Ace and Camping World. The problem with ordering online is that by the time they are shipped, we might have moved on down the road. GOod to know they are the same as Dirt Devil too. Thanks again.

You might look here. Can't remember the other site I have used. Of course it is online but at least a start.

Here are the ones on Amazon...
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If nothing else, you could order to have shipped to your next destination and get them when you arrive. Just make sure someone will accept the order at the other end.

This thread is 14 years old - I suspect the OP found their bags by now.

Well I'm glad it helped, even if it is 14 years late.
