ac on with furnace

A question about something that happened this spring and will this fall.we have a 2020 montana high country 384BR. When we start the furnace the ac kicks in and blows air this actually only makes the coach feel colder. Is there a reason the AC starts and better question how can we stop it.

You set the furnace to the AU setting to come on and it will shut off the AC. Run the AC in HI for best results.

When you run the furnace the fan must be set on Auto. If the fan is set on high or low then the AC fans will come on at the same time.
