Montana build dates.

My Montana's specification sticker says it was built on 08/09/05.
Does this mean Aug. 9th or Sept. 8th? It is an 06 model.
I want to know what day to celebrate my favorite toy's birthday.

MMMMMMMMMMMM???????????????????????????

Could be a problem, probably a typo, but, it seems your unit will be built in about 6 days??

Do you mean 08/09/05???

Toooooooo hot out there right now, but, will look at ours next time we go out there, but Al says, it might only have the month?? Shucks, not sure, but, will look.

Mine had "May 8, 03" and not all numbers so I can't really help ya.
And Carol if your's is anything like mine that date has long since faded from the sticker.
It sure sounds to me like for an 06 model it should be 08/09/05 which would be August 9, 2005

That's what I get for posting before my morning coffee. Yes 05 is the right year.
Thanks for a good chuckle, Carol. Take care and have a great day.

Glenn,

We can read our sticker on the outside under the bedroom slide. It is clear as a bell, dark, covered with come kind of clear plastic.

HOWEVER, there is NO build date on ours NONE! Not even 2003.

Don, you are welcome for the morning giggle, need one to start the day!!

That's right! We aren't at August 8th yet are we. Time is flying by quickly but I don't want to rush it too much. ;^)

My date show 04/21/06 so at least for the 3400 they are using month/day/year.

Originally there was a date on mine but you would never no it today as it has completely faded to white but all the other info remains.

I would say made on August 09, 2005. Being a former Canadian, I often did see the day/mo/year or even yr/day/mo. I thought it was an English carry over thing. I have never seen that in the US.

My bet would be Aug, also. The O7s are in the lots now (mine got here Mon), so they would not be making an 'current' year models in Sep.

In all probability the 08's will be out sometime in May or June of 07. My 04 came off the line on May 8th of 03.
