Kudos to Keystone Service Center.

I have made some discouraging remarks about my Montana quality in the past, but we have been to the service center this last week and they have addressed all of our complaints. Everything looks great and the front closet panel didn't bend on the way home from Indiana.
Great service and we are satisfied once again with our Montana!
Thank you Keystone Service Center.

Happy things worked out for you at the Service Center, they are a great group of guys.
Hope to run into you two again on the road or at a rally (maybe Quartzsite).

Great to hear you're happy. Especially since I stuck my neck out telling you I'd go to bat if necessary.

Is it ok to just stop at the Service Center or do you need to have an appointment first to go there?

Steve, It was good to hear this news from you and nice to meet you in person at the Goshen Rally. We were also impressed with the great service provided to us by Keystone while at the Fall Rally. Garry

Steve and Patti, that is why when it comes time to retire the old Challenger, we will most likely be replacing it with a Keystone product of one kind or another. Being located right here in Elkhart County is reason enough but, 'til this day if I drive over to the Customer Service Center needing a part of some sort, I usually get it for nuthin"! My problem is, I am going to have a very hard time deciding between the Big Sky in your floor plan or the Alpine 3555RL. Until then, Darryl is helping me keep the 35RLQ in good working order.

To answer your question, it is my understanding that just showing up at the Service Center asking for repairs is not the best tactic to use. They prefer appointments.

Mrs. CountryGuy: Thanks, I figured that would be best. I will have to contact them after we get moved.
