Understand the Lake is full? What else is different?

We are all having a good time. The weather for the past two has been wonderful. Today it was in the low 70's.
Better than the rain for the first days. The lake is full, Mt Shasta is still covered in snow and beside the Dancing Flowers, there is now Monty the White Elephant.
