Looks like a raddish with a bunch of porqupine quills stuck in the top. Poorman toothpicks and holder, lol.
Actually, I haven't seen one since the old barber shop closed down. Sure do miss that clean neck feel.

That's all I used for years. Loved it,used barbasol solid soap in my old spice mug with the brush, and razor. Good memories, thanks man
