Moving Day

Today is moving day. We are leaving the bleak Ga. Mtns. heading south. We are heading to Palm Harbor, Fla. We will stay somewhere tonight inbetween. I am ready give my furnace and heaters a rest.
Start the New Year off with sunshine. Now where did Brenda put my shorts and T-shirts?

Palm Harbor is less then 10 miles up US 19 from us. Let us know when you get all settled in. Maybe we can have one of them Mini Rallies.

Sounds good Glen. We are off Alt. 19 near Dunedin. I could use some pointers on the forum for posting pics and such. I will be there by happy hour on saturday.

We will be at Crystal Springs just a little further north. Be sure to let us know where the "mini" is being held. Any day but Jan 10th. That is the day that we close on our new lot.

Hey Dave and Brenda... Do you have any of that great fish left?
I love the fish in Florida but a hunk of halibut would sure taste good right about now.

We are in Ocala tonight. Guess what, I had to used the A/C in the truck. What a change. The traffic down I-75 was very busy. Everyone is heading south. I do have some fish, a lot of salmon and a few pieces of halibut. I had to give my kids most of it. You know how that goes.

Bill and Helen, where is the lot you are buying?

How lucky can we get. While we were in Alaska last summer we kept on just missing David and Brenda. Well today that all changed. They stopped by this morning at our site and we had a great conversation. We hated to see them leave but we will be getting together again before we leave Florida. I can't believe how lucky we are to have met so many great Montana owners in our travel. Yahoooooooo.

We made it, after our pleasant meeting of Bill and Helen, we forged on to Palm Harbor, Fl. It is great to arrive and see all your winter RV friends. It was unusually warm, got to sweating while setting up the unit on our lot. Got to get use to change in temp, found my shorts, 85 degrees. Yes I have arrived.

It was great to meet Bill and Helen and talk face to face. After meeting on MOC, it not like we were total strangers. We can only hope to meet again somewhere and meet the other people we have gotten to know on this website.
