Frame Flex need repair in MO/IN greater area?

So we are making our way across the country (currently in St Louis) and i'm 99.9% sure i've been bit by the frame flex gremlin. I've called keystone they directed me to a dealer up by them (Tiara RV) which if fine, i can make it there. But, the dealer is booked until October!

Does anybody know of a repair facility in this part of the country that can get me back on the road? All the dealers I call are booked for months.

edit: Found a dealer in Columbus OH (RCD) that can take me in and see what's going on. We have family close and it's fairly close to Pittsburgh where we have more family so I may be in luck!

Cracked and pulled away back of closet, front ODS outer wall from front of bed slide to front cap caulking pulling away and shifting when hitched/unhitched. if I recaulk when unhooked the bead ends up pushed up 1/4 inch once hooked up. if I recaulk when hooked up caulk is 1/4 inch too high off the needed location when unhooked.

Hope it turns out okay in the long run. Bummer anyway you think about it. When one looks at a fifth wheel frame before the unit is built, it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence for me. The better frames equate to the gross weight being a lot more than 16k or so in my opinion. But we all have what we have and so much goes into if one will have an issue. John

If you're coming west, you might try http://www.4seasonsrv.com They have been a Montana dealer for years, although they seem to be concentrating on other brands now. They took ours apart to check for frame flex last year and they have a camp ground right next door.

If you're in Taiga's area you're only about 40 miles from the Montana factory. They do repairs there during our MOC rally so I'd check in to the fairgrounds at Goshen,Indiana and go see them face to face. They often are very accommodating in person.

After my little run in with the low bridge, Taiga got me in in one day. Replaced the front AC and the Sat dish in at 7:30 AM out at 4:30 PM. Great people to work with. I paid the bill and dealt with the insurance latter.

When we had ours repaired in May, we were fortunate to have found a mobile RV guy who is also a certified welder, and showed up at our campground site, the following morning after calling him. He spent the better part of the day, but completed the repairs, and we have no more frame movement. You might just start calling around, and doubt you will get so lucky as us finding one guy who does it all, but you might find one that has a contact with a welder that can do that part of the job.

We made it to Columbus OH w/o incident. Dropped the rig off at the dealer we contacted ahead of time. they were super friendly and accommodating. We discussed previous experiences they have had with fixing frames so I feel pretty confident they'll get the job done. Cap comes off tomorrow!

I would have loved to go direct to the factory but I was too concerned we would arrive and be turned away. Bird in the hand.

It's Tiara. They're a local, high volume dealer in Elkhart near the Keystone plant. It's owned by a former Keystone Exec and are known for good service and good prices. Keystone frequently sends work there.

Ok, thanks. It's Tiara not Tiaga. I know Tiara. They are good.

Bought our rig @ Tiara. Sales is fine, service is a "0"

See our review in the service thread.
