…turn off the dinger on an I-phone that alerts you every time someone makes a post on F/B? I’ve had this new phone for about 2 weeks and I’ve tried to turn different things off and I can’t seem to get it figured out. Thanks for any help you may have!

I do not have FB alerting me but I suggest
Settings:
and either Tones or Notifications and see if it would have the option you need.

I found F/B under settings and then found sounds. I turned that off. Hope it works!

X3. So far have solved all my issues in settings. When we're back to work at the store in the summer I just ask one of the kids who work for us. They always know the answer and then usually show me something I never knew the phone or computer would do.

Maybe that’s why it’s called a smart phone!
Actually I was the O/P and I believe I’m smarter now than when I first got it. I think have it figured out now for the most part. I’ve learned that using the notifications under the settings will allow a lot of things to be turned on or off.
