Modified clothes rod in bedroom closet

My wife and I found the clothes rod going across the width of our 3670 Montana to be a real hassle. I took the rod and mounting brackets down and cut the rod into three pieces and mounted them length-wise in the trailer. For the center rod, I cut a piece of wood that fits under the top shelf in the closet and extends down to the floor. This supports the front of the center rod. I fashioned a small square of wood with a hole the diameter of the rod for the back of the rod and mounted it to the back wall of the closet. The other two rods are held in place by relocating the original end caps that supported the original rod, to the front wall of the closet and using the two support hangers to support the front end of the new, shortened rods. A couple of white caps from Walmart's hardware section finished it off nicely. While we have a bit less hanging capacity than before, it is much easier to find and hang clothes with this new configuration, and they don't snag against the mirrored sliding doors when we open them.
