Monty is ready!

New battery installed.
Tires checked. Ribs approaching 5 yrs but only 13,000 miles and still look new. No weather checking at all.
Tire pressures adjusted (every tire was exactly 3# less than last fall)
Lug nuts retorqued (only 3 moved any at all and then less than 1/4 turn)
U bolt nuts retorqued (over half needed quite a bit of turning! Don't think I checked them last year.)
Pin box bolts checked. None turned.
Slides all extend/retract no problems. (little slow til I replaced the battery)
All inside electric working.
Fridge works.
Water system flushed and filled.
Propane tanks full.
Furnace tested. (still need to hook to at least 20 amp to test AC)
WH tested.
Satellite system working.
What have I missed?
Just need to go somewhere now. Due to several other things going on I am running late this year.

Sounds like you're ready to go and just hook up the TV and start to head for Nebraska and the Central Plains Regional Rally. You may have to take your time since the Rally is the last week of July but if you head West and up the coast of California, then into Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota and then into Nebraska and join us for the CPRR and enjoy some of our Central Plains and Nebraska hospitality. Heck when you're done with the CPRR you can head for the Mid-Atlantic Rally and wrap it all up and join us at the Fall Rally in Goshen. Now isn't that just one heck of a trip and one heck of a way to enjoy that Monte! Seriously, hope you have a great trip when it starts and I hope you can join us at the Central Plains Regional Rally! We'd really like to have you here in Nebraska!

Sounds like you're all ready to go. I remember those days, but ended the anticipation by going full time. Safe travels.

Bill, will you be heading back to Colorado this summer, and the "Wild Rose"? We are planning on heading up the 2nd week of June.

Yeah, John. About the 3rd week of June until after July 4th. May stay in the middle along the river this year if there is an open site there. As much as I like the Wild Rose, that dust stirred up by the wind coming down thru that narrow gap in the valley gets pretty bad some times. Not as bad farther down the campground where the valley widens out some. Guess we will figure that out when we get there.

Let's hope for some rain this year. Help keep the dust and fires down.
