Just pulled in to JCIP for a week of relaxation. One of our favorite campgrounds. Minutes from Charleston and Folly Beach. Great history and seafood. Last year when we were here we met AV8TOR just by ready the MOC and them being at the campground. Neat to meet other MOC'ers as we travel. Everyone stay safe and keep on kampin'.

We love James Island Campground. The Christmas lights of 2-3 million are great. Enjoy the She Crab soup at Bubba Grumps, it's wonderful. Lots to see in Charleston.

We used to go to JICP quite often until we needed to stay longer than the maximum time allowed. We found Oak Plantation RV park on highway 17 south which fit our needs perfectly. Also, I believe JICP has priced itself out of my pocket. I agree, though, that it is a very good park.
