Well, there are some pretty good electrical people here. I'm back from our long weekend trip and learned that it is in fact the shore pedestal problem. Thanks for the help. You guys are sharp. I bet all of you guys have Phd's in electrical eng....ha ha. Thanks again

and THANKS for keeping us informed, all of us MOCers benefit from hearing the resolution of problems as well as what the problems are. What was the nature of the problem, the neutral (or ground) as everyone suspected??

Bingo, I know you have a phd It was the neutral and a bad contact in the breaker box. The box is new, so I didn't think I had a problem there.

Don't think so, I just learn as much as I can from the forum, however, there have been times when I have been known to overnight at a Holiday Inn Express for inspiration and guidance!!!!! LOL!!!
