Dave, no I didn't watch it, too busy with other stuff, and I had already heard the outcome. CRS has taken over now and I can't tell you who won, but I do know several were hurt and kept Dr. Tandy Freeman kinda busy. LJ didn't go because the previous weekend in San Antonio, he tore some cartilage in his left shoulder. They operated on it the week after the Hawaii event, and expect him to be out 5 or 6 months.

Thanks for the update, I missed it as well. I tried the PBR link but could not get it to load; was wondering how Mike Lee did? I had not heard about LJ, I wish him a speedy recovery. Happy New Year to you and your family as well!

I'm with you Bert. Where I come from it's definitely Pabst Blue Ribbon! Go into any bar ask or a PBR and that's what you get.
Here I think they are refering to Bull Riders

It's good to see other PBR fans on MOC. Dave, Chris Shivers won the Maui event and in the PBR press release there was no mention of Mike Lee. Coleman won the event in Honolulu, and again, the results I saw didn't mention Mike Lee in the list of 13 top riders. The past World Finals was the first one we missed in ten years. We gave up our season tickets - ten years ago they were good seats - each year since then they kept moving the chutes further into the arena until in 2005 we were actually behind the chutes and couldn't see the rides on our end of the arena. Do any of you follow the other bull riding blogs - www.friedtwinkies.com and 8 second addiction?
