Furnace and AC Run at the same time?

First time using the furnace since we bought it. When the furnace runs, the AC blower does, too, on low speed. I didn't notice it when I did my PDI. Is this normal? Never occurred on any previous RV we owned. Has the thermostat shown in the photo.

Switch the fan to Auto and that should solve the problem.
