Combo splendide problem

Problem; Water runs in even with unit off. Does this sound like a water valve and how hard is it to change? I will call Splendide Mon just trying to get a bit of a head start.

The call to Splendide is your best bet, they are fantastic with phone support and warranty claims.

X2 on the call...their customer service is about the best we have seen from any vendor. If it is the valve assembly the replacement should not be too difficult as it is located on the top so it will be a matter of removing the top of the washer, screws in the front and back and a hose boot to the drum.
